A deposit of 50% of the total is required to reserve your bedchamber and breakfast.

Tariffs are based on single or double occupancy, and there is an additional 7% room tax for the state of Rhode Island.

No Pets

Three-day weekends (holidays, etc.) are not offered as less than three nights; occassionally, special offers for long weekends during late fall, winter, and early spring are available.

Cancellation Policy: A refund less $25 processing fee per room cancelled will be issued if cancelled 14 days or more in advance of the date of arrival.
