Policies and Fees

• Check-in time is by arrangement
• Check-out time is 11:00 am, or by arrangement
• A deposit of 50% of the total is required to reserve your bedchamber and breakfast.
• Tariffs are based on single or double occupancy
• No Pets
• There is no smoking permitted in the Simeon Potter House
• Three-day weekends (holidays, etc.) are three nights minimum booking;

• Cancellation Policy: For room bookings (Not full house rentals, different policy). 
  Peak season: May 15th- October 15th - Any cancellation from time of booking up to 21 days prior to arrival before 10 AM is subject to a USD$75 processing fee. Any cancellations received within 21 days of arrival, no shows, or early departures are subject to 100% penalty including tax.
  Full prepayment including tax is required at time of booking
